Human Rights are Constitutional Rights

Role of The U.S. Constitution
The United States Constitution upholds these values, and it is up to the elected to encode and enshrine these values into law.

Universal Health Care
Healthcare is a birthright – including mental healthcare, and life is defined at birth. Medical practices should support documented data over personal belief, and the elected should protect medical practitioners by the letter of the law.
The elected should make healthcare affordable to all – even with $0 premiums, subsidies, and co-pays for limited income, and work towards enshrining universal healthcare into law.

Reproductive Health
Abortion is a right afforded under reproductive health, and the life of the host should always take precedence over the status of the fetus.

Transgender Rights are Human Rights
Gender-affirming care should be available to all who seek it – regardless of one’s ability to pay- and research should be funded to ensure that those transitioning get the best care afforded under current research.

Love Is Love
Legal adults have the right to love and marry who they wish, and the elected have the duty to encode that right into law.

Science Matters
Science should be the guiding light of the law, and legislators should fund continuing research to perpetually refine the law based on the research.

Citizens United Must Be Overturned
Corporations are not people and they shall be taxed at rates that do not hinder corporate growth while ensuring that funding is secured so that the government can build and maintain a social safety net is that is expansive and evolving – including, but not limited to, guaranteed housing, universal healthcare, nutrition, education, universal basic income, and the right to legal counsel.

The Salad Bowl Works
Immigration is a core tenant of a prospering nation, and the immigration system should be made humane with guaranteed pathways toward citizenship for all who desire.

Of The People, By The People, For The People
The right to vote should be available to all, easily accessible to all, and should be reviewed for lowering the voting age to 16 years old and researched to make smart online voting secure and nationwide by 2035.

Criminal Injustice
Law enforcement should be public facing, transparent, and held to the utmost accountability standards.
Crime enforcement should be humane, just, and based on evolving research.

Public Health
Public Health shall take precedence over profit, and a public health authority shall be established to guide public health threats such as pandemics, and the authority shall have the right to impeach and remove elected officials who continually endanger their constituents with lies and/or bad policy.

Public Education
All children have a right to quality education, based on evolving research, free of religious indoctrination. All parents have the mandate to provide this education to their children, with religious education offered only as a supplemental extra-curricular which should be of no financial burden to the U.S. Taxpayer.

Climate Change
The Earth is our only home, and legislation should be based on research that will protect it and make it habitable for seven generations to come.

A More Perfect Union
The Constitution is a living document, and amendments shall regularly be proposed based on evolving research and socio-economic concerns to benefit the people.
Above all else, policy and legislation shall be based upon one guiding principle:
We The People
